Problem with Item - Call for a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Part not needed - Call for a Return Authorization number (RA#), a 25% restocking fee may be applied.

Part is defective - Call for a Return Authorization number (RA#). A Warranty RA# will be issued for parts purchased from FSIP and ship date is one year or less.*

Part is defective, or no longer in Warranty - No RA# is necessary, just call Customer Service for Repair information.
For RA# call 1-800-333-1194 or 717-254-FSIP (3747) and choose option 3.
*All warranty returns must have an RA# from our Warranty Hotline or Warranty may be void. These returns are to be shipped prepaid to FSIP. We will pay return freight for all in Warranty Repair and Returns.
